The Sales Associates/Trainee will take part in a 9-month sales coaching and business development program. They will rotate throughout the key departments of Envise and work alongside our subject matter experts. The individuals in this role will be exposed to all aspects of Sales, Pre-construction, and Operations. They will spend their days performing and practicing the real day-to-day activities required to be successful in various roles within Envise.  

During the program the Associates will be given education or activity targets for each phase of the program. These targets are designed to facilitate an incremental development in achieving key goals for each Associate. Upon completion of each program segment the Associates will deliver a presentation and cultivate a conversation with Envise leadership about their experience, what they learned, and how they will use that skill to facility more business.  

A successful Associate will be resourceful, driven, coachable, and hungry to learn and immerse themselves into our business and culture. . They will be highly effective, or learn to be highly effective, at time management, planning, communication, and taking their own initiative. The Associates will not be expected to become experts in any role. Instead, they will be expected to be flexible, persistent, positive, participate, and to stay inquisitive at all times.  

Every Associate will be required to embrace Envise’s Cores Values at all times as we believe our success hinges on our values of relationships, integrity, collaboration, transparency, safety, innovation, and FUN.  

Ideally, after this program a successful Associate will join as a long-term Enviser in a role that not only fits company needs, but the interests of the new team member as well. 



Sales Activities- Selling Techniques & Strategies 

  • Leverage technology as a tool 
  • Shadow Sales Reps and participate in proposals, presentations, meetings, job walks as necessary 
  • Participate in Networking and Social Events 
  • Present and speak in front of groups 
  • Create Proposals & Marketing Materials 

Pre-Construction & Estimating- Review and Compile Project Details 

  • Job Walks 
  • Estimate Creation 
  • Project Turn-overs 
  • Equipment and Product Training 

Operations Activities- Project Management Best Practices 

  • Turn-over Process 
  • Operations Software Tools 
  • Account Management 



  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Development, Engineering, or relevant field 
  • You have previous internship or work related experiences that demonstrates your ability to work with others and solve problems 
  • You understand the “we before me” mentality 
  • You have exceptional communication, organization, and relationship building skills 
  • You are looking to use your charisma to build a life-long career

The roles of our account consultants range from developing proposals on HVAC mechanical and building automation construction sales, to composing preventative maintenance agreements in order to find and win new customers. The primary function of this team is to develop client relationships and actively prospect for new sales opportunities.
