POSITION SUMMARY

 

How would you like to be part of building Garden Grove, CA?  With Envise, you'll be able to see our projects come to life!

 

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop strong relationships with customers in order to retain and grow sales within an assigned customer base.  Also, this role is responsible for client satisfaction quality control strategies for assigned accounts.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage retention activities within an assigned customer base, including identifying additional up-selling with existing customers.
  • Develop a trusted, long-lasting advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Determine customer needs and develop a quality control and implementation strategy to meet those needs.  Identify and resolve issues as needed.
  • Lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers; tracks and communicates trends in customer satisfaction and/or account issues with branch leadership and sales team
  • Prepare and maintain account status reports and review with sales management.

 

What you bring to us:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or equivalent experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience/similar experience in sales/customer service
  • Experience in HVAC industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-level
  • Strong project management skills
  • Solid experience with CRM software
  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills

The roles of our account consultants range from developing proposals on HVAC mechanical and building automation construction sales, to composing preventative maintenance agreements in order to find and win new customers. The primary function of this team is to develop client relationships and actively prospect for new sales opportunities.
